Delegate entire workflows. Automate your work.

Alvin is the personal assistant for home services businesses. Your team asks in the Alvin app or forwards an email, and Alvin does the work across the apps you already use.

A real request is never one app. So we built the one who handles the request.

A home service owner’s day ends with the office work nobody got to: an invoice to change in QuickBooks, a job to update in the CRM, a part to order from the supply house, and a permit portal that logs you out halfway through.

Every one of those apps is adding its own AI, and each one stays inside its own walls. The request in your head crosses four apps, two logins and a follow-up that has to wait on a payment. Today that lands on an office manager, or on the owner at 10pm.

Alvin joins the apps together. You hand over the whole workflow, and Alvin does it the way a good office manager would: carefully, with receipts, and checking with you before money moves.

Why home services. The paperwork never stops.

Roofers chase supplements and depreciation checks. HVAC shops renew maintenance plans and register equipment. Plumbers and electricians wait on permits and inspections. Landscaping and pest control companies bill the same routes every month.

The work is skilled and specific, getting paid depends on follow-up, and the back office is often one person, or nobody. These businesses already run on good software. What’s missing is someone who works across all of it.

We start with the trades where the most money waits on paperwork. Each trade gets its own playbook on the same engine and the same rules.

How your team works with Alvin. Two ways in.

Everyone on the team uses the same Alvin, from their own login. Alvin knows who’s asking, so their limits apply.

The Alvin app

Ask in plain words, on your phone or computer. Add a voice note, a photo or a PDF. Every request becomes a task you can follow: what Alvin is doing, what’s waiting on you, and what’s done.

What we won’t trade away. Five rules Alvin works by.

  • You stay the buyer of record.

Alvin acts on your accounts, under your rules. Every purchase, invoice and payment is yours. We never hold your funds or take custody of them.

  • Money waits for you.

Purchases, invoices, refunds, price changes and permit fees wait for a person by default. You set the limits for each role. If there’s no rule, Alvin asks.

  • Receipts for everything.

Every action is logged: who asked, who approved, what changed, where and when, with screenshots of the screens Alvin touched. Receipts can’t be edited or deleted.

  • Logins are never shown to the AI.

Your logins live in an encrypted vault and are filled in at the moment of sign-in. They never appear in Alvin’s notes, memory, logs or receipts.

  • Alvin stays on the paperwork side of licensed work.

Alvin documents and follows up, but doesn’t negotiate insurance claims, give legal advice, or perform or sign licensed work. Anything that needs a license or a signature goes to your licensed person.

What’s next. More ways to reach Alvin.

Today your team works with Alvin in the app and by forwarding email. Next come deeper trade playbooks, more supply-house and permit portals, and more ways to get in touch.

Texting Alvin and voice come later, on the same engine and under the same rules: the same vault, the same limits, the same receipts.
